Author; Edited over 40 computer books for Prentice Hall; taught over 50 week-long microcomputer classes for GTE North employees throughout Midwestern and New York states as subcontractor; designed and wrote professional training materials for ITT Institute. Designed and delivered professional classes on business writing and communicating change for Indiana Purdue University (IPFW); taught computer programming and related classes for Indiana Vocational Technical College; co-developed and presented newsletter seminars throughout Indiana for Instant Copy, Inc. on newsletter copy writing and copyright laws.

Group Dekko International, Kendallville, Indiana 1984-87
Managed group that provided purchasing of personal computers, setup, training, support and technical writing for three manufacturing divisions; designed and wrote manuals for a Computer Integrated Manufacturing System and for a Computerized Manufacturing Sales System. Designed training materials, classes, and taught over 100 employees to use microcomputers for word processing, spreadsheets, data bases, desktop publishing, and project management software; developed materials and taught classes in creative problem solving under direction of company’s CEO; produced and edited monthly marketing newsletter on the copper market, The Copper Report; managed corporate printing services and staff.
